Camera-ready artwork is preferred but not mandatory and does not affect the cost of your order. you can send us anything explaining what you want produced. We do not guarantee the return of artwork.

All trademarks, copyrights and licenses pictured are only samples of custom work and are not for sale. We assume no liability in trademark/ license violations and disputes.

Normal Production is 4-7 weeks. Rush orders are sometimes available. Call for availability and cost.

Any discrepancy in an order must be reported within 15 days from the invoice date.

Samples are available with a deposit. Upon approval of sample and die the deposit is applied towards your order.

All orders require a 50% deposit with placement of order and the balance is to be prepaid prior to shipping or COD unless credit has been established. Call for a credit application.

All product dies and molds remain the property of pinsinc.com. If you have any questions please ask a representative.

Split shipments and drop shipments are billed F.O.B. Southern California. There are no additional charges other than the freight cost.

All orders are FOB Villa Park, California. Freight cost will be added to the total of your sales order and will be listed on your final invoice. California residents are subject to sales tax. If you are a government agency or otherwise exempt from sales tax please notify us at the time of your order.

Every effort is made to ship the exact quantity ordered. Due to manufacturing limitations we reserve the right to ship up to 3% over or under the quantity ordered. We do not charge for overruns and bill accordingly on under runs.

Cancellations or changes to orders will be subject to all costs incurred.
